i think nowadays the only people making worse movies than the greeks must be the british; especially in genre films.

The premiere was fun, the audience was great, the show went super dupe, so many friends came, unexpected it was, to see so many friendly faces. Filep took pics backstage, Chrysa came, Juli brought me amazing French chocolates – which I’m chowing down in the pix, Mary Collins gave me a Playmobil Oscar statue.
I’ll grab a cat and keel over now..

Josh Keyes makes worlds I want to inhabit.

Baby Jane is playing in the background.

Jane: I made a picture that year too!
Blanche: Oh yes, it was that comedy directed by Lloyd, wasn’t it?
Jane: No it wasn’t. It was A LOVE STORY. “The Longest Night” Marty McDonald said it was the BEST THING I ever did!…They never even release it in the united states….
Blanche: Yes.. Feldman was.. very upset, they told me the company… had had a very bad year and they..
Jane: NO THEY DIDN’T. They had a great year. They didn’t wanna SHOW my film. They were too busy giving a big build up to that CRAP you were turning out.

Poor Jane. But. That slut Blanche.

Is fucking with the wrong psycho.

I just remembered;
When I was 15 I ran away from home, bought a one-way ticket, took a airplane to London and walked all the way to Hertfortshire to go to Elstree Studios because that was where Labyrinth had been shot. In my mind, those sets still stood and perhaps they’d let me stay there or I could skeak in and hide in the Goblin village. I strided stubbornly without a break under the freezing rain for 8 hours, got there, but there laid a vast flattened out area of debris where most of Elstree Studios was supposed to be. It had been demolished merely months before. I wept a little, ate some chocolate and I composed myself. I picked up a brick, put it my bag and walked all the way back. Police picked me up near Euston Station and I was flown back. Day after, I was back in school, like it had all been a dream. I still have the Elstree Studios brick.

then after, we ate crap food
watched a crap film too.
all that’s left now,
is a cozy bed.
